Tickets for experiences are sent out 1 approximately 2 weeks prior to the event along with any event information.

Unfortunately, we do not take group bookings on our standard tickets. Tickets are limited to 10 tickets per transaction.
If you are after a private, corporate or packaged experience, please pre-register your interest via email direct to hello@ausxevents.com.au
All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to change the name of the person attending the experience, please contact us at hello@ausxevents.com.au
A: Yes, children are permitted but must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
A: There is no set age limit; however, all participants must be capable of safely walking the track without assistance.
A: For safety reasons, all participants must be able to walk the track themselves. Carrying children (in arms, prams, or carriers) is not permitted.
A: Due to the nature of the dirt surface and obstacles, prams, strollers, are not suitable for the track walk.
A: Yes, photos are encouraged, but please stay within the designated walking areas and follow all staff instructions.
A: Closed-toe shoes are permitted. Please note the surface is dirt and uneven in areas. Anyone without closed shoes will not be able to enter the track walk.
Children aged three (3) and over will require a ticket to attend our events.
Children under three (3) are free to attend (seated on an adult lap).

Ultimate VIP is the ultimate combination of Supercross fan experience meets hospitality experience. This package includes a pre-event hospitality experience, rider appearances, merchandise keepsake, photo opportunities, and a track walk. Enjoy early access to the venue and take your place at The Deck overlooking the start line. The breezy outdoor terrace is perfect for casual entertaining and taking in the afternoon qualifying racing. It offers rolling food service, access to a dedicated bar, an up close and personal rider appearance, Q&A, and photo opportunity before a track walk. After the track walk, you’ll have premium reserved seating in POD10 with direct bar access for the main event and evening show. Please note, seating at The Deck for the pre-event experience is not reserved and is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

For any ticketholders who would like to upgrade their ticket to early entry, will be able to do this at the event on the event day only.
If purchased, you have the ability to upgrade your booking and receive a 100% refund if you cannot attend for one of the many reasons in our Terms & Conditions which you accept when you select Refundable Ticket(s).
Important Notice: Limited Parking at Kayo Stadium
Please be advised that parking around Kayo Stadium is extremely limited. To help ensure a smooth experience, we strongly encourage the use of public transport wherever possible.
Shuttle & Bus Services:
- From Kippa-Ring Train Station: Shuttle services will be operating on Saturday from 4:00 PM to Kayo Stadium. On Sunday they will be in Service from 1PM
- Parking Available at Redcliffe State High School: Shuttle services will also run between Redcliffe State High School’s car park and the stadium, starting from 4:00 PM. On Sunday they will be in service from 1PM
- Bus Line 690: Direct services from the Redcliffe waterfront to Kayo Stadium will also be available.
All services will operate until one hour after the event concludes.
