Ticketmaster:

You can purchase accessible tickets directly from the event interactive seat map, by calling 1300 446 925, or through our form and selecting Accessible Bookings as a topic.

Tickets for experiences are sent out 1 approximately 2 weeks prior to the event along with any event information. 

If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us at hello@ausxevents.com.au

Unfortunately, we do not take group bookings on our standard ticketsTickets are limited to 10 tickets per transaction.

All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to change the name of the person attending the experience, please contact us at hello@ausxevents.com.au   

Q: Can children participate in the track walk?
A: Yes, children are permitted but must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
Q: Is there a minimum age for the track walk?
A: There is no set age limit; however, all participants must be capable of safely walking the track without assistance.
Q: Can I carry my child during the track walk?
A: For safety reasons, all participants must be able to walk the track themselves. Carrying children (in arms, prams, or carriers) is not permitted.
Q: Is the track walk suitable for prams, strollers?
A: Due to the nature of the dirt surface and obstacles, prams, strollers,  are not suitable for the track walk.
Q: Can I take photos during the track walk?
A: Yes, photos are encouraged, but please stay within the designated walking areas and follow all staff instructions.
Q: What should I wear for the track walk?
A: Closed-toe shoes are permitted. Please note the surface is dirt and uneven in areas. Anyone without closed shoes will not be able to enter the track walk.
