1. Promoter
The promoter is AUSX EVENTS PTY LTD (ABN 96 662 921 655) of U3/90 Kortum Drive, Burleigh, QLD (“Promoter”). Honda supplies the prizes but does not conduct the promotion.

2. Promotion period
Entries open at 18:00 on Saturday 3 October 2026 and close at 23:59 on Saturday 28 November 2026. All times in these terms are Queensland time (AEST).

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who ordinarily reside in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or Western Australia. Residents of all other Australian states and territories, and New Zealand, are ineligible. Employees and contractors directly involved in conducting or drawing the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible. The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residential address before awarding the prize.

4. How to enter
During the promotion period, visit https://ausxsupercross.com.au/honda-ultimate-garage/, complete the online entry form with your name, email address, phone number and residential state, and submit it. Entry is free. No purchase, AUSX ticket or event attendance is required. Internet access charges from an entrant’s provider may apply.

Only one valid entry per email address is permitted for the entire promotion. An entrant must use an email address they control. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. An entry is received when the Promoter’s system records a successful submission, rather than when the entrant sends it.

5. Prize
There is one prize and one winner. The prize comprises:

• One new Honda CRF110F, model year 2026, valued at $3,599 including GST.
• One new Honda CRF50F, model year 2026, valued at $2,249 including GST.

The total prize value is $5,848 including GST, based on Honda’s recommended retail prices as at 28/9/26. The prize must be accepted as a package; the bikes cannot be claimed separately. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any necessary prize substitution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

6. Draw
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries at 10:00am Thursday 3rd December at U3/90 Kortum Drive, Burleigh, QLD. Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn. The draw will take place within one month of entries closing. Entrants do not need to attend the draw. The Promoter will retain an auditable record of the draw.

7. Winner notification and publication
The Promoter will notify the provisional winner in writing by email within five business days of the draw and may also call them. Subject to eligibility verification, the winner’s first name, surname initial and state will be published at https://ausxsupercross.com.au/honda-ultimate-garage/ on Friday 4 December 2026 for at least 28 days. The winner agrees to the publication required by applicable trade promotion rules.

8. Claiming and receiving the prize
The provisional winner must respond within 7 days of written notification and provide the documents reasonably needed to verify eligibility. AUSX and Honda will arrange collection from a nominated Honda dealer at no cost to the winner, at an agreed time. Any costs not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility. The Promoter will arrange transfer of the prize within 28 days of the draw.

If reasonable efforts to identify or contact the winner fail, or the provisional winner is ineligible, a replacement winner may be selected by a further random draw at 10:00am on 30 January 2027 at U3/90 Kortum Drive, Burleigh .The replacement winner will be notified and published in the same manner. Any redraw will be conducted subject to applicable law.

9. Personal information
The Promoter collects the information submitted with an entry to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize. It may disclose that information to Honda, its draw and fulfilment providers, and regulators where necessary for those purposes. Any use or disclosure for marketing will be limited to the purposes clearly stated in the entry form and the choices the entrant makes.

10. General
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify entries that breach these terms or involve fraud or interference with the entry process. It will administer the promotion in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
