AUSX Introduces Fan Companion, Unlocking Real-Time Fan Intelligence and New Commercial Opportunities for 2026
The Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship presented by Monster Energy is set to elevate fan engagement and commercial innovation in 2026 with the introduction of the AUSX Fan Companion, a next-generation AI-powered platform designed to connect fans with the sport while delivering real-time audience intelligence for Championship partners.
Rolling out across AUSX digital platforms ahead of the 2026 season, with expanded live event functionality launching from October, the AUSX Fan Companion positions AUSX at the forefront of innovation in Australian motorsport as one of the first major motorsport championships in the region to deploy an AI-driven fan engagement and intelligence platform at scale.
Delivered in partnership with ID Media Group and DSE Group as the Official AI Providers to AUSX, the Fan Companion has been designed to modernise how fans access information, engage with the Championship, and interact with partners across the season.
The platform allows fans to instantly access information relating to events, riders, schedules, ticketing, venues, sponsors and more through a seamless conversational experience available 24/7 across AUSX digital channels.
Beyond fan engagement, the AUSX Fan Companion introduces a powerful new layer of commercial and audience intelligence for the Championship and its partners.
By capturing real-time fan questions, search behaviour and interaction trends, the platform provides direct insight into what fans are actively engaging with throughout the season — enabling AUSX and partners to better understand audience intent, identify content demand, optimise campaigns and unlock new commercial opportunities in real time.
The Fan Companion also creates new pathways for partner integration, allowing brands and campaigns to be embedded directly into conversational fan journeys at the moment of interest, rather than relying solely on traditional exposure-based sponsorship models.
Integrated call-to-actions within the platform will support measurable engagement outcomes including database growth, campaign participation, ticketing conversion and sponsor activation across the Championship season.
The initiative reflects a broader global shift toward AI-driven engagement and data-led audience experiences across sport and entertainment, with conversational platforms increasingly shaping how fans discover, consume and interact with live events.
Adam Bailey, AUSX CEO said the introduction of the Fan Companion represented another major step forward in the evolution of the Championship.
“The AUSX Fan Companion is an exciting evolution for our sport and how we connect with fans,” Bailey said.
“It allows us to deliver information more efficiently, better understand audience behaviour in real time, and create more meaningful opportunities for our partners across the Championship ecosystem.
“As we continue to elevate the scale and experience of AUSX, investing in innovation and emerging technology is a major part of our long-term vision.”
Joe Stevens, Founder of ID Media Group, said the platform represented a significant evolution in how sports organisations approach engagement and commercial growth.
“My passion and involvement with AUSX is well known, so partnering with the Championship to evolve how fans engage with the sport while unlocking meaningful insights across content, sponsorship and commercial strategy is incredibly exciting,” Stevens said.
“The Fan Companion reflects a broader shift in the industry toward intelligent engagement, where understanding real fan behaviour becomes one of the most valuable assets a sports property can have.”
Daniel Sedlak, DSE Group, said AUSX was helping lead the next generation of fan engagement technology within motorsport.
“The Fan Companion was built to give sports organisations something they’ve never truly had before — real-time intelligence around what fans actually care about,” Sedlak said.
“AUSX is one of the first championships globally to deploy the platform at this scale, and the data and behavioural insights generated throughout the season will provide enormous long-term value for both the Championship and its commercial partners.”
The AUSX Fan Companion has officially launched ahead of the 2026 Championship season and will continue expanding across live event environments throughout the year.
Fans, partners and stakeholders can now explore the platform via AUSX Supercross.
