By purchasing this ticket, entering, or remaining at this venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You acknowledge that motorcycle sport is an inherently dangerous activity and spectator sport and spectators attending do so entirely at their own risk. It is a condition of admission that all persons having a connection with the promotion, and/or organisation, and/or conduct of the meeting, including the owners of the land and the riders and owners of vehicles and passengers in the vehicles, are absolved from all liability arising out of the accidents causing damage or personal injury to spectators or ticket holders, except where due care and skill has not been exercised

MEDIA RELEASE

You consent to being photographed or recorded by official media and authorise the use of such material for promotional and commercial purposes. For attendees under 18, a parent or guardian is deemed to provide this consent on their behalf.

WEATHER POLICY

Wet Conditions
Supercross racing is designed to operate in wet conditions, and the event will proceed in light to moderate rain. Ticket holders should dress and prepare appropriately for all weather conditions when travelling to and attending the venue. Refunds will not be issued solely due to inclement weather experienced.

Delays, Temporary Suspensions and Variations
AUSX reserves the right to temporarily suspend, modify, shorten, delay, or otherwise vary any aspect of the event program where reasonably necessary due to weather, safety considerations, operational requirements, venue conditions, rider welfare, government directions, or circumstances beyond AUSX’s reasonable control.

This may include changes to race formats, race distances, event schedules, support categories, rider participation, entertainment elements, venue operations, venue layout, or event timetables. Where a delay or temporary suspension is put in place, every effort will be made to resume the event as soon as conditions are deemed safe.

Such variations, suspensions or delays do not constitute cancellation of the event and do not give rise to any entitlement to a refund, credit, exchange, or other compensation unless required by law.

Rescheduling
AUSX reserves the right to reschedule an event to an alternative date where, in AUSX’s sole discretion, weather conditions, venue conditions, or other circumstances beyond AUSX’s reasonable control make it necessary or advisable to do so.

Where an event is rescheduled, AUSX will notify ticket holders as soon as practicable through official AUSX channels including the AUSX website and social media platforms. All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may apply for a full refund of the face value of their ticket. Booking fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms are non-refundable except where required by law. AUSX accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with the original or rescheduled event date.

Cancellation or Abandonment
If an event is cancelled before competition commences, ticket holders may elect a full face value refund or credit toward a future AUSX event. If an event is abandoned after competition commences, AUSX will determine a proportionate remedy, which may include a partial refund, credit, or voucher and this will be communicated within 14 days of the event.

For the purposes of this policy, an event will be deemed to have commenced once any official practice session, qualifying session, heat race, support race, opening ceremony, entertainment program, or championship competition forming part of the advertised event program has begun.

Force Majeure
AUSX is not liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or curtailment of an event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather events, natural disasters, fire, government directions or restrictions, venue emergencies, power failures, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, AUSX’s liability to ticket holders is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased and does not extend to travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for interstate and international attendees.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or, for events held in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
